Warranty Guide
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Within this period, Gardensidefurn will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. If any quality and workmanship problems arise within one year of purchase by the customer, a free repair and exchange service can be carried out by contacting our customer service Alice. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This Limited Warranty does not apply to (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Gardensidefurn; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Gardensidefurn. In addition, Gardensidefurn reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
When does the warranty period come into effect?
Our warranty lasts for one year from the time the customer receives the goods and confirms the order.
Process for handling damage within the warranty period
If you would like to return or exchange an item please refer to our Return Policy.
If your product needs to be repaired, we only offer a return to the factory repair service. During the warranty period, you need to provide a warranty card, we can provide you with a free return to the factory repair service (product postage is paid for), if the card is lost, broken, figure erased, the free warranty service can not be effective, you need to bear the repair costs.
