Not a problem. The first step is to contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can easily cancel your order as long as the item has not been shipped, but a 5% cancellation fee will apply. If your item has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All sizes and colors of rugs, furniture, or fixtures that we stock are shown on our website. If a size or color is not visible online, unfortunately, it is currently sold out. If another customer chooses to return the item, that size/color may be back in stock. We recommend that you check back in a few weeks.
