Which countries can our orders be shipped to?
Our team is closely monitoring the instability of international shipments due to the surge of COVID-19 Omicron variants, in order not to reduce the overall quality of service, our orders can only be sent to the United States, and international services are temporarily closed. Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website promptly.
How long will it take me to receive my package?
At present, the order processing time in our store may vary from 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped this week, and orders placed after 3:00 pm will be shipped next Monday (holidays will be postponed). Regarding product shipping time, standard delivery is 3-15 days, and express delivery takes 1-5 days. Regarding product delivery time, your order will be delivered within 4-17 business days for standard shipping and 2-7 business days for express shipping.
Who pays the shipping costs?
We support both Standard delivery and Express delivery and can ship over $220 with the following postage calculations:

How do I track my order?
Parcel shipping fee totals are reflected at the shopping cart level and are calculated off the item’s original pre-discounted price.
If you have created a login with us, you can track your order directly on your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will also receive a second email (which may take up to 48 hours) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer.
Please note that if you place an order, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is subsequently rejected, you will still be responsible for the cost of shipping the package.
What should I do if I haven't received the goods for a long time?
Please make sure that your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is wrong, please be responsible for yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you do not receive the product more than 60 days after delivery, you can choose to send a refund or exchange.
What should I do if my order takes too long to process?
There are two options available to you, you can contact us to offer a refund or have us issue you a $5 off coupon.
What to do if the products are lost or damaged:
Lost:
We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first to inform us of the problem you have encountered and we will arrange for someone to help you with your inquiry.
Damage:
Be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed. Please call us at +(1)(341)333-8372.
- Re-pack the product in its original box
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
